As promised, here’s the part 2 of my food review of Cafe 1771 (read part 1 here). This is a really late post, btw. (working on my backlogs before I blog about my Paris/Greece adventure.)
Baguio Longganisa na Sabog (P350) – if I’m not mistaken, lol. I guess it looks like that kasi sabog? Lol.
Adobo Flakes (P350)
Bonuan Boneless Daing na Bangus (P380) Note: This came with egg & rice too.
We had Mother’s Day brunch here so we were able to order from their breakfast menu! I ordered their Caramel Banana Walnut Sour Cream Pancakes(P350). The pancakes were fluffly and light. The candied walnuts and syrup were suprisingly not too sweet. But being the sweet tooth that I am, I actually wish it was a bit sweeter. 🙁 There was also hints of sourness (which is I guess is because of the sour cream) that I didn’t really find pleasant. But maybe that’s just me because I’ve read on other blogs that they loved this. Personally, I still think Pancake House pancakes are still the best though.
Mango Tower (P200)
Nonetheless, I will still go back to Cafe 1771! I still have so much to try and eat! Can’t wait to go back!
