So.. college results are coming out soon for me. It’s not really hitting me though. I think it’s because I have faith and trust God’s plan for me (as holy as that sounds, it’s true). I really believe that everything happens for a reason and wherever school I may be accepted to and end up in, it is because that’s where God wants me to be and where I am meant to be. So instead of worrying and stressing over about the results, I’m just enjoying each day and making the most out of it. 🙂
Just had to express my sentiments about that… now let’s talk about food! Haha! Random much? If there’s one thing I love taking pictures of, it would be food! It’s the perfect subject since it doesn’t move, it’s pretty and it’s yummy! Haha!
A few days ago, we had dinner at Cafe Mary Grace. If you didn’t know Mary Grace doesn’t only serve sweets but real food as well. Hmm… maybe Sophie’s Mom can eventually turn into a cafe? 🙂 #oneday We’ll never know. Haha!
Because there wasn’t enough seats inside, we had to stay outside so I wasn’t able to take a picture of their pretty interior. 🙁 Their interior is really cozy and warm, it makes you feel like you’re at home. It’s a great match to their food.
Love these small notes written by customers to Mary Grace that are placed and decorated on their tables!
What we ordered:
Pasta Amatriciana with Italian Meatballs
Steffi’s order every time we eat in Mary Grace because she loves meatballs.
Smoked Salmon and Cream
I’ve tried this before because I looove salmon. I think this was the first time I tasted smoked salmon, cause I thought that smoked salmon before was the raw one in sushi (I hate raw food :P). Because of this, I love smoked salmon now! 🙂
Leek Saffron Cream with Fillet of Cream Dory
Because I wanted to try a different pasta, I ordered this. It was okay; I liked that the cream was light and the fish was really soft.
What I love about Mary Grace’s Pizza is that it’s not like your usual greasy and oily pizzas from other brands. It reminds me of our own homemade pizzas.
After dinner at Cafe Mary Grace, we decided to chill at FullyBooked and get some Starbucks.
Since I was craving for something sweet and I love anything white chocolate, I got a White Chocolate Cranberry cookie. It was pretty disappointing because it was hard and dry. I still think that our (Sophie’s Mom) White Chocolate Macadamia still wins over this! (Bias aside!) Haha! It’s my all time favorite cookie!
Played our new favorite game! Monopoly deal! Faster, easier, and better Monopoly!
P.S. Sorry about my lame title, couldn’t think of anything! Haha!
P.P.S. Please help Sophie’s Mom reach 4000 likes on facebook before the clock strikes 12 am tonight! 🙂
P.P.P.S. (If there’s such thing lol) I made this for FAQs on Twitter and Facebook! Hope it helps! (so proud huhu /mababaw na kaligayan lang haha!)
