This is the 2nd blogger event I went to last Saturday! Finally a food review after ages! Read on to know more about my Korean dining experience at Chef’s Noodle!
I’ve missed blogging about food! 🙁 I’ve gotten many comments about how some of my readers also miss my food reviews, so I’m hoping to do more of these and blog about food more often! 🙂
Chef’s Noodle is a Korean fast-casual dining restaurant that is a Master Franchise of the Chef’s Noodle brand from South Korea with dishes formulated by Award-Winning Korean Chef, Choi In Sun. I got to visit their newly opened branch at Robinson’s Magnolia.
Although, Chef’s Noodle is considered a Korean fast-food restaurant. I was quite surprised that its interiors are nothing like a typical fast food restaurant. One thing I loved was the whole place was lighted up by many and various types of lamps and bulbs! I’ve always been a sucker for quaint lights! <3
“Delicious. Healthy. Good to share,” is Chef’s Noodle’s’ slogan, which was reflected in my dining experience.
Kimchi for appetizer!
Chicken Kas (P130) - Breaded Chicken fillet with special blend sweet creamy sauce.
Starking Fire Australian Beef Sushi (P160)
I was so amused by how they torch the sushi right in front of you! Lol.
Chef’s Noodle (P150) - Chef’s Noodle’s Signature Dish. Korean fresh noodles with beef and anchovy broth topped with leeks, bean sprouts, fried tofu, spring onion, red pepper, egg roll and bulgogi
This one is a huuuge bowl! They definitely didn’t scrimp on ingredients! Good for 2 or more people! The soup was alright, you can choose the amount of spiciness you want. The noodles were a bit bland for me though.
Starking Fire Tuna Sushi (P160)
This was my favorite out of all the meals we got! I’m not a big fan of sushi because I don’t like raw food, but since this was torched, I wasn’t hesitant to try it. More than the tuna, the rice was so good!
Coffee Cappucino and Cookies & Cream Gelato
This is a new addition to their menu! The coffee-addict in me made me order the Capuccino flavor. I found the texture a bit odd and rough, somewhat like ice. Although, I liked that the flavor of coffee was not too strong and it wasn’t too sweet.
Chef’s Noodle is definitely super affordable! Korean meals for as low as P99! Budget-friendly for students like myself! Also, its better to bring along your friends with you when you eat there, because of the good deals above! You can see the rest of their menu here.
